How long will it take to get a response from customer service after I request a refund?
Most refund requests are assessed within a number of hours, however, in some cases the request needs to be assessed by the refund Escalation Team, this means it may take a little longer.
My refund request was approved, How long will it take to show up in my account?
Standard refunds may take up to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including U.S. holidays) for the credit to appear on your account.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my refund approval?
In most cases yes, you will receive a refund confirmation, these emails vary based on the payment processor you chose at checkout such as, Stripe, ApplePay or ClickBank.
If you think you should have received an email, please check your spam folder or other folders, as these emails are often automatically hidden by your email service provider.
My refund was approved but I can't see it, where is it?
For those orders that are canceled or refunded within 24 hours -- as the time between your purchase and refund is short, processors like ClickBank cancel your initial purchase.
This means you will not see any purchase or refund transactions on your account.
If you have received refund approval from us, but your balance is not showing correctly, please contact your bank for confirmation.
My refund request was denied, why?
We do not accept refund requests outside of the 60 day purchase period.
We do not provide refunds outside of the the satisfaction criteria such as unforeseen financial issues, religious beliefs, lost or missing reports and access issues.
